Choosing your campus
When completing your application, you may choose from among our twenty campuses: we encourage you to select a first choice and an alternate choice campus to give you the greatest chance at joining the Penn State family.
Penn State's 2+2 Plan

The vast majority of our majors can be started at any Penn State campus for the first two years of study. Most of those majors end at Penn State University Park. We call it the 2+2 plan and it’s the most common path to a Penn State degree, with about 60% of our students in a typical year starting at a campus other than University Park.
