Located in downtown Sharon, PA, student-centered Penn State Shenango provides an intimate learning and teaching environment in an urban setting. Featuring: Rico Cruz, who takes advantage of the flexibility offered at Penn State Shenango and Codi Shine, who found Penn State Shenango was the right fit for her.
On the state’s western border, Penn State Shenango combines the quality of Penn State academics with the personal attention of a small campus.
The Lartz Commons is a popular area on campus for students, faculty and staff to socialize and study. The landscaping of the beautiful pedestrian mall was designed by Penn State architecture students. The 40-acre campus is in downtown Sharon, about ninety minutes from Pittsburgh and Erie.
Almost 840 students are enrolled at Shenango, many of whom choose to live in the privately-owned housing available near campus.
