Just 12 miles from Philadelphia, Penn State Brandywine offers the charm and intimacy of a small college on a lovely 90-acre campus, along with the name recognition, prestige, excitement, and resources of a world-class research institution.
Along with our Fourteen bachelor’s degrees and two associate degrees that can be completed entirely at Penn State Brandywine, students can begin the first two years of any of Penn State’s 275+ majors before completing the final two years at another Penn State campus. Penn State’s 2+2 Program allows students to experience the college environment in a comfortable setting with a 13:1 student-faculty ratio before transferring to a large campus to enjoy all that it can offer.
Special opportunities in The Cooper and Schreyer Honors Programs, Global Programs, undergraduate research, and internships & co-ops exist for our students on campus. Penn State Brandywine also offers prerequisite courses for students wishing to pursue various careers in the allied health and medical science fields.
