Applicants: Submitting Application Materials

We understand that students are under a lot of stress as they begin their college application process. Penn State is flexible. If you have questions or concerns about your application contact us at (admissions@psu.edu or 1-814-865-5471).


Penn State will be test-optional for summer/fall 2021

Students applying for admission to Penn State for the summer or fall terms 2021 will have the option of having SAT/ACT scores included in their evaluation for admission. Penn State’s application for summer/fall 2021 will be open for future undergraduate students starting August 1, 2020. Students will indicate via a question on the application whether they want test scores used in the evaluation of their application for admission. Test scores will still be required for applicants to the Premedical-Medical program.

On-campus visits and tours are suspended for the safety of current students, faculty, and staff, and we will resume on-campus visitation when the University deems it safe to do so. Until that time, please join us for a virtual visit.
