Penn State is committed to providing a world class education for its students and to provide multiple avenues for students to achieve their academic goals. While we recognize that the best option for some students may be to delay the start of their degree, we also realize that many of you are anxious to get started and enthusiastic about moving forward with this new phase in your life. We are currently planning on a full residential program in the fall, but understand that travel restrictions, financial concerns and delays to the visa process may make it difficult for students to arrive in the fall. The University is putting in place an alternative option for those students. Penn State has over 20 years of experience with online program delivery and the Penn State World Campus is in the top 10 in six of the U.S. News Best Online Programs rankings for 2020, the most of any institution in the country. We will utilize this content and this experience to offer a suite of courses to accompany our residential offerings in the fall semester. Students would be enrolled in courses with residential students at Penn State in a course of study appropriate for their intended major that would put them on a path to graduate in eight semesters.
Please note that during this time our Office of Global Programs is conducting normal business operations and will be able to provide additional information as it becomes available. Please contact email@example.com with immigration/visa questions or concerns. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any other questions or concerns.
