Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Graphic Design Visit Day - March 30, 2018

We are pleased to invite you to our Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Graphic Design Visit Day. Spend the afternoon with us and experience student life in the design disciplines at Penn State. Comprehensive information sessions regarding our programs as well as a tour of the studios will be offered.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM:
Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Graphic Design Presentation (Academic Area of Interest Information Session)

During this information session, you will learn about 3 design programs at Penn State in the College of Arts and Architecture.  There will be an over of each program and time for questions after.  Architecture is a 5 year accredit Bachelor of Architecture (B ARCH) degree, Landscape Architecture is a 4 1/2 year Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (B L A) and Graphic Design is a 4 year Bachelor of Design (B DES). 

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM:
Studio Tours (Tour)

Architecture and Landscape Architecture studio spaces are located in the Stuckeman Family Building.  Touring this building will give you an experience of what studio is like.  We have designated spaces for each student year one through five.  Architecture has a first year class of 60 and Landscape Architecture has a first year class of 40.

Graphic Design studios are located in the Borland Building.  With small classroom and studio experience our first year class is around 30 new students.
