When will programming resume on campus?

As of 4/17/2020, on-campus visits have been canceled through 6/19/2020. We encourage students and families to participate our virtual event programs available at all Penn State Campuses. Check our event listings regularly for more information and updates.

Can I come visit campus even if the university is closed?

Currently, rather than visiting any of our 20 undergraduate campuses, we recommend that you take full advantage of the resources soon to be a part of this page or email us at with your questions. Please do not visit campus. To reach out to one of our Commonwealth campuses, look for contact information at The safest option for everyone is to stay home and review our online resources.

I have a visit scheduled with someone at a campus or from an academic college, is that canceled?

As of 3/16/2020 all on-campus visits have been canceled. If you scheduled a one-on-one meeting with someone at a campus or in an academic college, it may be helpful to contact the campus or academic college to confirm the status of the visit.
