At Penn State Greater Allegheny, approximately 500 students enjoy the suburban environment with easy access to neighboring city life in Pittsburgh, 15 miles away.
On campus, a new student community center provides a wireless environment, game room, food court, staging areas for theatre and entertainment, lounging areas, student club offices, health services, WMKP radio station, and the Penn State Bookstore. Penn State Greater Allegheny also has a new fitness center, residence hall, library, computer center, and classrooms. There are also a number of student support programs available, including those for international students.
University-operated housing is available for 200+ students; Privately owned housing is also available close to campus.
