Our objective is to create a dynamic, multicultural student body at Penn State Harrisburg and to serve the greater Penn State community.
We work with school counselors, churches, and other organizations to make information and programs available to low income, first-generation college goers, and others in need of support in accessing a college education.
Workshops for students and parents cover topics on preparing for college and financing a college education. These programs may be custom designed for students from middle school through senior high. Students are invited to campus for tours, to meet with faculty, and to interact with currently enrolled students, including members of the Multicultural Recruitment Team.
Students and parents share their experience becoming part of the Penn State community.
