Penn State Hazleton's campus, formerly a private estate, is situated on a mountaintop overlooking the magnificent Conyngham Valley, with historic structures standing side-by-side with new and modern academic buildings, a manicured garden, a scenic overlook, and picnic area, and a number of nature trails.
The campus of 863 students is conveniently located just off of Interstate 80 and 81 in the eastern part of the state and is only twenty minutes from the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
University-operated on-campus housing is available for 450+ students. Privately owned housing is also available close to campus.

Penn State Hazleton offers 11 baccalaureate degrees and 5 associate degrees that can be completed in their entirety at Penn State Hazleton. Nearly all of Penn State's more than 275 baccalaureate programs may be started at Penn State Hazleton as part of the 2+2 Plan.
