The Penn State Millennium Scholars Program supports a diverse group of undergraduate students striving to succeed in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Millennium Scholars are high-achieving STEM students who want to be leaders and increase diversity in their fields. Millennium Scholars receive financial, academic, and advising support, and are expected to work hard and study in a collaborative environment, conduct research, and maintain an excellent academic record, with the ultimate goal of obtaining a doctoral degree in a STEM field.
This session will include a brief presentation with time to ask questions of Millennium Scholars staff and current Millennium Scholars. The Millennium Scholars Program is open to students who apply to one of four academic colleges: Earth and Mineral Sciences, Engineering, IST, and the Eberly College of Science.
