Students are encouraged to accept their Penn State offer of admission as soon as possible! An acceptance deadline date will be included within the offer letter. Student can review the Steps to Apply and how to view the admission decision under our International Student information.
Once students have received an offer of admission from Penn State and paid acceptance fees, the International Student and Scholar Advising (ISSA) will start a file for issuing the appropriate visa eligibility document. ISSA will contact students via email with the next steps of the process. Please visit Penn State Global Programs for more information on steps to take prior to arriving at Penn State.
